About the Winemaker
Join us for an intimate evening with Gilles Nicault, Director of Winemaking and Viticulture at Long Shadows. A native of southern France, Gilles studied enology and viticulture at the University of Avignon and refined his craft in regions like Provence and Champagne before moving to Washington in 1994. Since 2002, he's been the creative force behind Long Shadows' acclaimed wines, blending Old World tradition with Columbia Valley terroir. His thoughtful approach shines in every pour, elevated by Chef Luke's perfectly paired creations.
