Each dish highlights the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, paired with carefully curated Washington wines that elevate every bite. Limited seating ensures an intimate atmosphere where bold flavors and creative presentations shine, promising a new experience with each course.
Optional wine pairings, carefully selected to enhance each dish, are available for $65 per person. This exclusive experience is available by advanced ticketing only and is offered on select nights in limited quantities.
