Spa Guidelines

How to Enjoy Our Tranquil Retreat

We want your visit to Vita Nova Spa to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. To make the most of your experience, please adhere to the following spa guidelines.

Health & Safety

Our treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitized and ventilated between each guest. Visit our Health & Safety page to learn more about our sanitization and safety protocols.

Appointments

Appointments are required. Due to limited availability, we recommend booking ahead. Contact us at 425.321.1582 to book your spa appointment, or book online here

Arrival and Check-In

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your service. Late arrival will shorten your treatment duration and benefits. Only guests with pre-scheduled treatments are allowed to enter the spa at this time. Please leave valuables and personal belongings in your guest room or at home.

Spa Facilities

You are welcome to relax in the Meditation Room following spa services. The infrared sauna is prescheduled with specified spa services. Bathing suits or provided covers are required to use the infrared sauna.

Treatment Times

Our spa services are scheduled with an additional 40 minutes of time to allow for a foot soak, a personal consultation and treatment plan, time for you to get changed and settled in the treatment room, the treatment itself, closure, and time for you to change and depart the treatment room. Chair massages are available, and we may consider 30 – 45-minute spa services upon request.

Age Guidelines

Vita Nova Spa is open to guests 18 years and older.

Attire

Please wear comfortable clothing. A robe and slippers will be provided to you upon arrival at Vita Nova. 

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Please contact us to make changes or cancellations.

Our Locations

Vita Nova Spa is located on the first floor, one level below the main lobby, at the south end of the hallway.

Gratuity

Service provider gratuities are at guest discretion, except for group bookings.

Parking

Valet parking is available at the entrance to The Lodge at St. Edward.

Additional Health & Safety Information

  • Face coverings are required for both guests and team members.
  • Please refrain from visiting The Spa if you or a household member have COVID-19 symptoms.
  • We ask that you respect the spa's sanitation and hygiene guidelines and processes posted within the spa and shared by team members.
  • Please wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
  • Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the spa.
