Chef Luke Kolpin and his team will be preparing a 5-course tasting menu of decadent and expertly crafted dishes worthy of the occasion. Indulge in our wine pairings set specifically to enhance the evening's flavors, or a special bottle from our extensive cellar. Guests who reserve our St. Edward Valentine Experience will get early access and enjoy a romantic overnight stay complete with bubbly, chef’s treats, and more. Reservations open to the general public on January 13.
