Stories of St. Edward
The face of our Cedar + Elm Chef's Counter features doors from Saint Edward Seminary's original iceboxes. The refrigerated compartments were restored and repurposed into the design. Now, you can sit at the Chef's Counter and watch Executive Chef Jason Wilson and his culinary team cook in the same space where seminary meals were prepared decades ago. Pictured here, you can see the Saint Edward nuns cooking in the original kitchen, with the iceboxes in the center-back.
