Stories of St. Edward

Slade Gorton was Washington's Attorney General during the Saint Edward State Park purchase and helped facilitate the arrangement. He later became a US Senator and a strong advocate for state park funding.

During Saint Edward Seminary days, this room was the Biology Laboratory and also housed photography dark rooms where students would learn the art of photography inspired by the surrounding nature.
