Redefine the tasting menu experience with Executive Chef Luke Kolpin’s weekly dinner series, offered Thursday through Saturday beginning February 19 at Cedar+Elm. Guests may choose between a Land & Sea ($120 Per Person) menu or a Vegetarian menu ($95 Per Person), with vegan accommodations available upon request.

The 2026 menu is intentionally lighter than prior years, featuring three plated courses complemented by two smaller snack courses, ideal for refined tasting and smaller appetites. Guests may personalize the experience with optional enhancements or by adding select entrées from the core menu. Curated wine pairings and thoughtfully composed non-alcoholic pairings are available.

Open to all diners, this experience is suited for both casual and planned visits. Reservations are recommended. The menu evolves monthly, debuting after Nordic Nouveau, our intimate Chef’s Counter experience where the team finalizes the upcoming menu.
